What is Rucking?

Rucking is walking with a weighted pack/ruck on your back.

Why should I Ruck? Why not just walk or run?

There are lots of reasons, including it's easier on your body than running and burns nearly as many calories. Read more about the benefits of Rucking in this article.

Why is the subscription cheaper than purchasing a single challenge?
We want to incentivize you to keep rucking and don't want you to miss out on an awesome experience. Plus subscriptions are so much easier because it's automatic and you don't have to think about it. Save yourself time and mental energy by getting a subscription, you can thank us later.

Do you offer bulk pricing for groups or Ruck Clubs?

We do! We offer a bulk discount of $8.50 per registration for subscribers, and $10.50 per registration single month registrants, if 12 or more people register in a single transaction. Please email us at truenorthee@gmail.com for more information. The patches will be mailed to the individual ordering them, to be handed out to the group.

Are there incentives for Ruck Club leaders?

Absolutely! We offer a free monthly challenge and patch subscription for six months to Ruck Club leaders. For every 6 people you have registered under your Ruck Club, you get a free monthly challenge and patch subscription for the next 6 months. This can renew every 6 months. As long as you have at least 6 of your Ruck Club members registered for a monthly subscription, you get another 6 months for FREE. If you have 12 people registered, you get 2 free challenge and patch subscriptions for 6 months, etc. Please email us for more information, or if you have any questions.

I'd like to save money and receive automatic (and really awesome) patches, but how do I know I'll be able to complete the challenges each month?
Our monthly challenges are super cool, really fun, and crafted for a variety of fitness levels. Some of them will be harder than others - but that's why they're called "challenges." Remember - you CAN do hard things. Also...the patch is way awesome and you can involve your friends for some group funishment. Check out our past events to see what types of events we offer.

What happens if I'm not able to complete challenge?

Our challenges are based on the honor system. The groovy patch is yours to keep, whether you complete the challenge or not. You can always complete it later.

How do I update, pause, or cancel my subscription?
Send us an email and we will cancel or update your subscription, lickety-split. We can also pause your subscription for a month or two, if you need.
 

What does lickety-split mean?

Really, really fast.

 Okay, I'm sold. Once I sign up, when would I get my patch?
For new subscribers, your patch should arrive about 7-10 business days after you order. If you are already an awesome TNEE Trailblazer Ruck Challenge subscriber, then you'll get your patch shortly after your monthly subscription date (if you signed up on the 17th, then your patch ships out just after the 17th of each month). If you're an international rucker, please email us to get a shipping time estimate.

I live outside of the United States, can I still sign up?
You sure can! If you live outside of the United States, please email us for more information.

What if I have more questions, like updating my billing or shipping address, canceling my subscription, asking about bulk pricing, or remembering the capital of Alaska?
